Spread is what your broker charges you. Latency is what your connection charges you. Get these two right before you fund anything — they decide more about your result than any setting in the EA. Register under our IB and we do both checks with you, free.

Your trading conditions are identical either way — the rebate comes out of the broker's share, not yours. What changes is that we can see the account, so the setup stops being advice and becomes something we do with you.

A free spread audit before you fund

Send us the account number and we check the live spread on every market the EA trades against our recommended bands, during real session hours. If one market fails we tell you to switch it off — and if both fail, we tell you not to fund the account at all.

A set file matched to your balance

Risk level, lot mode and per-market spread ceilings configured for the balance you are actually starting with, instead of the defaults. Re-issued free whenever your balance crosses the next level.

Installation done with you, not sent to you

We walk the MT5 install, the licence binding and the first attach with you on Telegram until the on-chart dashboard reads green — on your VPS, if that is where it is going to run.

VPS and latency sorted properly

We read your broker's data centre from the trade server name, tell you which VPS region to buy, and confirm the ping once it is running. The target is 1–2 ms, and we do not leave it above 10.

It costs you nothing extra

You pay the broker's standard spread and commission either way — the rebate comes out of the broker's own share, never yours. Registering outside our link does not make your trading cheaper; it only removes the support.

    Choose the Raw / ECN account type and MetaTrader 5

    Pick the Zero / Ultra Low account on XM or the Raw ECN account on Vantage, and MetaTrader 5 as the platform. A Standard or Cent account carries a much wider spread on every order and will hold the system back however it is configured. MT4 is not supported.

    Send us the account number on Telegram

    We only ever need the MT5 login number — never your trading password and never your broker portal login. That number is what confirms the account sits under the IB and lets us run the spread audit on your own feed.

    Get the audit, the set file and the installation

Step 2 — Check the spread

What a good broker looks like, per market

Watch the spread during London and New York, away from rollover and major news. Take the value it sits at, not the lowest flicker you manage to catch. Send us the account number and we will do this for you.

Each market is decided on its own

A broker can be excellent on gold and unusable on bitcoin — that combination is very common. If one market sits well above its band, switch that market off and keep the other running. If both fail, that is a broker problem: message us before you fund it.

Step 3 — VPS

Put the VPS in your broker's data centre

Distance is delay, and delay is slippage. A cheap VPS on the wrong side of the world is worse than a home PC in the right country — you are optimising distance here, not price.

1 – 2 ms

Best

Same data centre as your broker. Orders land essentially instantly. This is the target.

3 – 10 ms

Recommended

Nearest data centre in the same region. Excellent in practice — where most clients land.

11 – 30 ms

Acceptable

Same continent, different city. It runs, but you pay a small tax on every fill.

30 ms +

Fix it

Wrong region. Move the VPS — no setting compensates for this.

1. Find your broker's server location

Read the trade server name in MetaTrader 5 — names like LiveNY4, LiveLD4 or LiveTY3 name the region. If the name tells you nothing, the MQL5 checker measures the ping from each region to your broker, and the lowest one wins.

2. Buy the VPS in that region

Pick a Windows plan, not Linux, in the data centre you just identified. Minimum specification: 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD, running 24/7 with MetaTrader 5 open and logged in.

Questions about brokers, the IB and hosting

What clients ask before they open or transfer an account. Ask us anything else on Telegram — a broker check is free and takes two minutes.

Why should I open my broker account through your link?

Because that is what attaches the account to our IB, and the IB is what pays for the setup service. An account under it gets a free spread audit on every market the EA trades before you fund, a set file matched to your balance, the installation walked with you on Telegram, VPS and latency checked, and priority support for the life of your licence. The broker pays us a rebate from its own share — your spread, commission, leverage and withdrawals are exactly what they would be if you had gone to XM or Vantage directly.

Which broker do you recommend — XM or Vantage?

Both are Raw / ECN and both are fully supported. XM on the Zero / Ultra Low account is the easier start and is strong on gold; Vantage on the Raw ECN account usually prices bitcoin better. If bitcoin matters to you, open Vantage; if gold is your main market, XM is fine. Tell us your country and starting balance and we will say which of the two fits before you register.

I already have an XM or Vantage account. Can I still join your IB?

Yes, and you do not have to close anything. On XM, open a ticket with support and ask to be moved under partner code ONESHOOTAI. On Vantage, email support and ask them to transfer your account to IB 32369788. Your account number, balance and open positions stay as they are, and the transfer usually takes a day or two. Once it is done, send us the account number and the full setup service applies.

Does opening under your IB cost me anything or change how I trade?

No. You trade the broker's standard Raw / ECN spread and commission, with the same execution, the same leverage and the same withdrawals. The rebate is paid by the broker out of its own revenue, which is why the spread audit, the set files and the installation support are free instead of an extra fee on top of the licence.

Do I have to use one of your brokers?

No. Any Raw or ECN broker that prices XAUUSD and BTCUSD inside the recommended spread bands will work, and your licence behaves identically on it. What you give up is the service the rebate funds — we cannot see or verify an account outside the IB, so the spread audit, the balance-matched set file and the guided installation are not available on it.

Why does the account type matter so much?

A Standard or Cent account carries a much wider spread on every single order. That cost comes out of each trade before the trade has done anything, and no setting compensates for it. The engine also enforces its own per-market spread ceiling, so on a wide-spread account it will correctly refuse orders a Raw account would have taken.

What if my broker is good on gold but bad on bitcoin?

That is very common. Switch off the market that fails the spread test and keep trading the other — every market is judged on its own. If both fail, that is a broker problem, and we will tell you before you fund it.

Can I use a free broker VPS?

Yes, to start. They are hosted in the broker's own data centre so the latency is excellent, but they are usually conditional on monthly volume or deposit. Worth replacing with a standard Windows VPS once the account is established.

How do I find my broker's server location?

Read the trade server name in MetaTrader 5 — names like LiveNY4, LiveLD4 or LiveTY3 tell you the region — or use the MQL5 latency checker at https://www.mql5.com/en/vps, where the lowest ping is your broker's data centre. Send us the server name and we will tell you which VPS region to buy.

Do you ever need my MT5 password?

Never. The only thing we ask for is your MT5 account (login) number, which is what the licence binds to and what confirms the account is under our IB. We never ask for your trading password, your investor password or your broker portal login — and you should refuse anyone who does.
